Regarding the nuclear power plants in Fukusihma, where I am now is c.a. 100km away (north) from the plants. At the moment, there seems no practical biological problem at me with the radioactives. The amount of radioactive I may have been exposed seems not that much.

The explosion also leaked a radioactive plume into the air, causing the U.S. Navy to move ships and aircraft away from the area of the Fukushima plant. The aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan was about 100 miles offshore when it detected the radiation.
The Navy emphasized that the maximum potential radiation dose received by any ship’s personnel was less than the radiation exposure they would have gotten from one month’s exposure to the sun.
Today i got info that the Generator No. 4 has fire. This was not in operation when the quake happened, but the pool with the used fuels has some problem. The measured radiation is 400mSV in the power plant, but it is limited in the distant places like in Tokyo or in Sendai.
The No. 4 is no longer burning.
